an alchemical vessel, 2008
this alchemical vessel was made for the workshop, art and the threshold: the transformative journey, which i facilitated at the jungian association of central ohio in october and november, 2008. the vessel represents the process of inner alchemy - the awakening of the heart and the growth of consciousness - and consists of a lidded jar that i found in a local thrift shop; water from the mohican river; paper, and ink.
